Anyone here a SAHM?  What did you do for health insurance?  If I end up lucky enough to be a SAHM, the cost my DH's company charges to add people to his insurance is like $600/pay.  Which is crazy high and I'd have to work, just to help pay that amount!  Do any of you have a private insurance policy?  What company do you have?  What companies can you get?  I have no idea where to even start and I'd like to look into it now so I'm not scrambling later. TIA!

Out here, i can get a private plan thru Kaiser Permanente for about $200/mo...which I may do since my husvand's work ins is even more than that...he will probably add Giuliana, and I will go on my own plan.

I'm on my husband's insurance. It was super expensive adding one person to his, but upgrading from one additional to a family plan (covering our daughter and I and now this baby to be) wasn't that much of a jump. we also all share a deductible so it's better for us that it's all going to the same place :)

Ugh I hate insurance! It's the main reason I work! My DH and son are on my policy and its $575 a paycheck!
The only plus is they pay mine 100%
Most insurance places offer individual plans you can email and request a quote! Be careful though as many wont cover pregnancy (for #2) and maternity riders are ridiculous!
