I am new to this group. We just found out last night (6 months till the wedding) that we have to cut our budget from $10,000 to $5,000 due to some unexpected. Any advise on how to cut prices down?

What do you already have paid for? That will make it easier to determine what you can cut going forward.

I have the deposits paid for everything photographer, location, dj and I have my dress half way paid for.  I think I can do it with going over a little but man it is hard I don't know how you ladies are doing this.
