Sorry for the long TMI filled post!  I am 6 weeks pregnant and I started to feel incredibly tired on Thursday.  I also noticed at night that I was having a harder time breathing.  My husband googled my symptoms and thought I might be anemic. I am a vegetarian and have been on the border of anemia in the past but I eat much healthier now.  There is a stomach flu going around so when I started to feel tired and sort of gross, I didn't know if it was morning sickness or the flu coming on.  Saturday night my husband came to bed and it startled me awake.  I decided to go pee since I always have to wake up to do that anyway.  I started to feel faint so I got on the ground.  I fainted and it took him yelling my name to wake me.  All of a sudden I had to use the bathroom becuase I had diarrhea.  Then I had to throw up.  After throwing up I felt better and went back to bed.  I'm feeling tired and slightly queasy but I haven't had another bathroom episode.  I googled pregnancy, diarrhea, vomiting and fainting and one potential cause was anemia.  Has anyone had symptoms like this while pregnant?? What do you think is wrong with me?  I will ask my doctor tomorrow.

You sound like you have the same flu bug I had last week. Vomiting, diarrhea, fatigue and dizziness. And I'm not pregnant. The vomiting was short-lived, but the diarrhea lasted a couple days. I imagine being pregnant can make these symptoms feel worse too. Definitely talk to your doctor tomorrow. They'll want to make sure you can stay hydrated and actually aren't anemic.

Feel better!

I am feeling a lot better.  I'm still not quite sure what was going on but I will have bloodwork done next week to check for anemia and more.  I had been working way too much right before I started to feel sick.  I think the past 4 days of rest have really helped me bounce back.  I will continue to take it easy and see what the blood results tell me next week.
