i don't know if it's just my evening sickness being harder to handle than my mid-day or morning sickness (lucky girl, huh?) or if i'm not cooking the right things, but i cannot manage to eat anything after i have prepared and cooked it.  tonight it was cheesy chicken breasts and corn which i thought was fairly mild.  last night it was grilled cheese and tomato soup (too much cheese, should have reduced to one slice).  earlier this week it was spaghetti which i didn't even attempt.  it's like the only thing i can prepare and stomach is cereal!  i'm fine at breakfast and lunch and can really get my gorge on, it's just the evening meal thats so difficult.

any tips or suggested preggy friendly recipes?  i miss dinner!

I couldn't cook meat for the first 4-5 months. FI would cook it and then I could finish it off, but the initial smell of cooking meat would turn my stomach and put me off the entire meal.

I ate a lot of pasta with fresh vegetable sauces, the fresh tomato flavour really helped make things more appealing!

It will get better xxxx

I know what you mean.  I honestly think it's the smell.  And dinner, which is usually served hot, emits smells that we are now more sensitive to.  Have you tried preparing and eating a cold dinner?  Maybe having sandwich or salad instead of a hot meal?
