oh my tx. first, try to be logical (we can easily make decisions based on emotions..which is not good). he should totally find out how much he'd get paid. thats first and foremost the most important thing. next research how safe that country is
and if the company provides security and an easy access escape plan. you will be surprised at the perks that come w/ working for a private company in an area that's considered volatile. you get paid A LOT and get great security and live like kings
while there.
