First name's Dakota, girl or boy, so I need two middle names. Help please!

Great name for a boy or girl!!

I think a short, somewhat traditional name would be really nice with the name Dakota. Maybe something like James or Charles for the boy and Lane/Leigh or even Joy if it is a girl (?)

We talked about this on another thread recently, but I think it is really important to consider your last name, too. Just so it all flows together, with and without the middle name.

I for sure agree with msdl! I am a syllables girl, so the flow of the name is super important to me. I usually gravitate towards simple names paired with a longer name (including last names).

I LOVE Dakota James for a boy and Dakota Rose for a girl and I totally agree on a one syllable name since the first name has multiple.

For a boy: Dakota James, Dakota John, Dakota Lee

For a girl: Dakota Rose, Dakota Joy, Dakota Leigh, Dakota Faith
