Hello Ladies!!!

In a nut shell:

We eloped when I was 8 months prego almost 10 yrs ago at The Little White Wedding Chapel. We are now going back 10 years later to the same chapel with our closet family and friends!!! We are sooooo excited! I'm finally gonna get a little wedding!!

We have 40-50 guests coming. We want to go to a place afterwards for heavy appetizers and cocktails. Guest know that they will pay their own bill except I would like to offer a few trays of food and the champayne. Somewhere not clubby feel but upbeat music and Vegas atmosphere. I would also like to bring in a cupcake tree from the local bakery...

Everywhere I have called wants to put us through "banquet reservations" becasue of the amount of guests, which in turn will cost us a $1500 deposit or more! Definitely don't want to do that.

I have 2 places so far that will take us without a deposit. The Peppermill Fire Lounge (locared by The Riviera Casino) & The Pink Taco that is in the Hard Rock Casino. If anyone knows of a place that will fit my needs or has gone to these 2 places.. to be able to compare them.... PLEASE let me know! I would appreciate it so much!

Thank you!!!

Peppermill is very old Vegas loungey.  It has neon lights and giant drinks.  There plates of food are huge.  Its kitchy.

Pink Taco is more modern, fun and cool.

Have you called Maggiano's?  Or tried the Golden Nugget in downtown on Fremont Street?

You could also check into an in suite reception at Planet Hollywood.  They have their panorama suites that over look the Strip.  You can order food in the suite and have a reception in there. I'm not sure if 40 people will fit though.

We had a reception for 40 people at ESPN Zone in their private suite overlooking the Strip.  They had a minimum but that was on a holiday.  The food was amazing! I would highly recommend checking with them.

maybe go with a suite? I know that MGM has a gorgeous one with a patio view. I had a former client do her birthday there- it was gorgeous :)
