HELP! Venue Date had to change

HELP,

I do not know what to do I am going crazy!

I talked to the person who runs teh hall I want to use and she wanted to do a double booking but given the hours I wanted and they needed it just was not going to work, so I was like ok we will just do Sunday. We are 2 MONTHS away, BUT my Sister In Law can't take time off of work.

So now everything is up in the air. I don;t know if I can move it to the following weekend yet or not. My mother in law seemed kind of upset that I was not accomidating her daughter, so ERRRR. I hope i don't have to pay ANOTHER deposit I mean I only signed the change today.

So frustrated.

So sorry you have to deal with this! So you booked it first? I don't understand how the hall person is going back on your deal? Also, what does your SIL do? I don't know...It's harder for your to reschedule the whole thing based on one person not being able to get out of work for a lil bit 2 months down the road...sorry! Good luck!

She works part time at Barnes and Noble.

Yes and no, with regard to the hall. It was a telephone only conversation and she had not realized the time frame of my event and had not really thought about the MONTHLY event that goes on there. So, I was not upset at all. It just meant I had to switch dates which I thought OK Sunday it is only a day off, but now it is a whole week different.

I just get irritated with in-laws and the fact that she would have over 2 months warning for one freaking day.
