Have any of you tried it?

Tomorrow will be my first Hip Hop Yoga experience and I'm so excited! My friend is one of my teachers (every Thursday) and she's adding this new class to the mix (Tuesday). I'm ready to get into a quicker vinyassa flow, get sweaty and jam out! If there's a good turn out she'll add its perm to Tuesdays! (extra awesome because she only charge $5!)

I've never tried it!  I'm not sure if it's something I'd be into (I prefer classes that are more calming - the hip hop would totally get my butt wiggling!  LOL)?!
