I had to share with my Nor Cal brides my experience with Anna.  My wedding was on August 28th at St. Joseph's Cathedral and our reception was at the San Jose Museum of Art. Annaliese was our DOC.  My husband (aww, I'm still not use to saying that :), family, and friends are still talking about how amazing she was.  Anna listened to all of my ideas &  helped me create a timeline. We had ALOT of extras going on and in multiple areas within the museum.  (Grand entrance down the staircase, sand ceremony, family vows, suprise hula dance, choreographed first dance, etc.).  She managed to get it all in there & in a way that made the night flow seamlessly.  I'm not the most organized person, which drove my vendors bonkers.   They were so relieved when Anna stepped in to confirm, coordinate, and supply them with timelines and set up info.  She also set up our church decor AND the reception decor.  Again I had ALOT going on (complicated puzzle guest book, art installation, dessert bar, DIY uplighting, photo booth studio, family vow ceremony table, custom signs galore, and a banner, etc.).  She set everything up PERFECTLY how I envisioned.   She also kept us on our timeline which was a huge help, especially since we were paying our vendors extra per hour. We also had a bit of a disaster happen, my wedding dress was ruined a few hours before the ceremony by the hotel sprinklers *GASP*.  Anna made sure she checked on me & made sure that the bridesmaids and I were ok. She was so thoughtful & even brought us food!

I just had to share with you all what a gem Anna is.  If you want someone who will truly listen to your wishes and execute them flawlessly, you need Anna at your wedding.  We can't thank her enough for helping us pull off the wedding of our dreams.

I hired Annaliese recently and that was probably the best thing I did for my wedding! Originally, I thought I didnt need a coordinator but I was so wrong.  She really pulled it all together.  Annaliese not only met with all of my vendors to make sure everything would be all set, she decorated my entire reception venue which was no small task.  I had a lot of little DIY details and she completely fulfilled my vision.  She even took pics and was sending them to me to ensure that is how I wanted it to look. 

Annaliese is a jack of all trades, she even helped decorate my cake table which Im still getting compliments on, it looked awesome!  I will post pics in my bio when I get them from my photographer!  My family and friends were so impressed by her professionalism. 

Her prices are  extremely reasonable, you cannot go wrong with hiring her.  Im not sure I could have done it without her.  She just did so many tasks and handled so many things that I would never have been able to do (nor would I have wanted to do) on my big day...she took so much stress away. 

I hired Annaliese to be my day of coordinator just a week before my wedding.  It was one of my best decisions on the wedding. If you are having doubts about having a DOC, don't think twice, hire Annaliese.

Both my ceremony and reception is at one hotel, and I thought hotel coordinator would be enough.  But wrong. I thought I am organized enough, but I forgot many things on the wedding day (including my marriage certificate at home).  I would need a thousand replicas of me to execute  my vision planned day-and-night for months.  Plus, you can't be everywhere on your wedding day to make sure things are as you envisioned or to run back and forth if there is something you want.  Anna was there for all those things I couldn't do myself.

And you don't want to leave those to your family or relatives coz you don't want to be mad at them if they don't give you the vision you had in mind. My BMs are my sisters/cousins, and thought they will do my bidding, but they all ended up being very busy themselves or very inexperienced that they can't take care of my needs. Anna did most of the things BMs were supposed to do. 

Before the wedding, Anna called all my vendors and set their timeline.  She is very organized and professional. I didn’t have to worry about when vendors will come in. I can just laid back and trust Anna that she’ll ask vendors to be there for important moments. 

It rained on my wedding day and we had to move the ceremony inside. Anna was on top of things.  She took care of the moving and decor with the hotel coordinator, and I didn't have to worry about it.  There were so many last minute things that I didn't finish (including table names, photos to the DJ,  etc).  Anna took care of all those. Both my groom and I had a good time for the rest of the day.  We  had no worries, and went along the flow Anna set for us. But she also made sure that things were as I wanted.

She even took care of cleaning up and moving things to our bridal suite.  My BM were having too much fun and I didn't have time to tell them what to take.  By the time we finished dancing, everything is all packed up, moved to cars or our room, and we just needed to go upstairs.  No mess no fuss. Anna and her husband even sent us off upstairs. 

During the whole wedding day, Anna kept checking on me to see if I am ok.   My family and BM are too busy that they can't make sure I'm happy the whole time.  Also, it's good to have a buffer between me and my family.  She is very good at interpreting facial expressions, so she knows when I was unhappy and not saying it.   She was my speaker of the day.  She was my voice, my extended eyes, my hands, my legs, my phone, my watch, my communicating medium b/t all sorts of people.  She was everything I couldn't be on that day.  I was simply a bride and she was the "planner me".  She is the "go-to" person for everybody for any decision or any emergencies. Nobody came bother me with anything. 

I can’t say enough of how great she is.  Hire her.  It will worth every penny of it.  Having a peace of mind and enjoy being a bride = priceless.
