I hand-wrote all of mine in cursive. It was soooooooo time consuming, but I wanted them hand written, and I think they turned out beautiful.

I think, if you are running each one through your printer, just print it in black and be done with it! I don't think there's a need to go over it in pen after--that sounds like a lot of work. Good luck! Get those puppies done! :o)

used large clear labels with nice font and they came out just fine. i'm pleased with the result eventhough the eticate states we should get a caligrapher or handwrite each. i don't think so

White mailing labels. I used the Avery online design studio to pretty them up a bit.

One of my bridesmaids and I made an evening of writing out invites. Yes they have different handwriting but no one's going to compare! I hope! =D

We were lucky becuase both parents didn't get us a guest list/address list in time so all we did was give them the blank invites and had them deal with it on their own. That cut down on our work.

I did the clear labels for both envelopes. I'm all done with the RSVP envelope labels now I have to work on the outer envelopes:( But, it shouldn't take long at all because I downloaded the Avery template and they print out perfectly!
