I was just wondering if most of the brides here went to a local wedding dress shop and tried on dresses first, THEN decided what they wanted and ordered through DressilyMe? Or did you just see something you wanted and ordered without
knowing what it would look like?
I went to a local bridal salon to try on an exact copy of the dress I want to order through DressilyMe and the owner would not let me try on the dress unless I was VERY positive I was going to buy it. I swear she wanted to ask me for a
copy of my W2 and a paystub before even walking into her CONSIGNMENT dress shop. I was there for an hour and never got to try it on. This was my first experience going to a bridal salon to try on dresses and it was terrible and made me feel
horrible for an entire day, and I'm actually still kind of annoyed.
Are other stores, like David's Bridal like this? I'm just afraid of ordering from DressilyMe without trying on that type of dress first, then getting my dress and having that style not look good on me at all.
Thanks for any insight!
