Before the new layout, you could click on followers at the top right corner and look at the people who you follow and follow you. Its not there any more. How can I look at a specific persons board? Am I missing something?!?!

Click on your name in the upper right corner, then it opens up your boards & recent activity, etc.  On the left side of that screen will say followers & following (above your profile pic).

It says I have like 35 followers, but I can only see like 15-20 of them....how do I see the full list?

I wondered that too.  It says I have 82 followers & I can only see 20 something :/

When I look at mine at the bottom of the list it says "More Followers" when I click on it, it shows me the rest of my flowers. 

Interesting!  Mine doesn't say that anywhere?!

do you recognize all your followers that you can see?  its very possible that people are following you but you may not be FB or Twitter friends with them.  They may have seen one of your pins under a certain catergoy or Everything and can follow you from viewing your profile.
