I'm really trying not to get discouraged here. I'm due tomorrow and just stepped on the scale for my midweek checkin and I haven't lost an ounce, and my goal was 3lbs this week! I have logged every calorie and there really isn't an
explanation for this other than water retention. I took out my tape measure and I'm glad to see I've lost 1/2" from my waist but I still can't wait to see that number on the scale drop.
