I'm currently on CD17, and my cyles are pretty regular at 29 days. I think I O'd yesterday or today (just checking the signs, not using OPKs yet since we're not actively trying). I'm just concerned since if I O'd today, that'd only be a 12 day LP, which seems to be on the low end of normal.

I know I shouldn't freak myself out yet since we're not actively trying until our 1 year anniversary and this is my first month charting, but I'm just curious.

How long is your LP?

'Normal' is 14 but everyone is different. I think you are ok with 12 - it is when it's much lower then it causes issues. Are you temping? That will be the only way to know for sure when you O'd ... you could have O'd earlier then you think?

My LP the cycle we conceived was only 11 days so you should be ok :-)
Before trying I had no clue what any of this stuff meant lol!

From charting the

• 1st month I had a 9 day LP realised too short so started taking vitamin B6 and agnus castus
• 2nd month 9 day LP
• 3rd month 16 day LP yay
• 4th and 5th month anovulatory
• 6th month BFP

I think 12 is OK from what I remember from reading but keep charting and you may see a pattern FX for you H x
