I would love to keep a running tally of how much weight we've collectively lost so far.  

Please reply to state how much weight you have lost.  I'll tally it up and add it to the subject line with the date.  Then, I'm subscribing to this thread so when replies come in I'll update the tally and date in the subject line.

What is your tally start date?  Maybe since the group was started in August?

For me that would be '2'. . .but what about those who have lost previously and were already in shape-up mode?  Example:

I could say 60 since 2007

or I could say 25 since January 2009. . .

What about also doing an inches tally?  Total inches lost (girls measure hips, waist, bust only). . . ?

i've lost 5 so far..not much but at least it's a start! my goal is 15 more by christmas, i'll keep you updated!

I'd say since you started the efforts you're currently making.  For me, I've been trying since around May 1st.  

So MountainBride it sounds as if you'd be 25lbs, right?  And GinaBee is 5lbs so add that to my 26.5 and we're at 56.5lbs already.  WOO HOO!  Updating thread title now....
