What planning have you done most recently?

I have less than two months to go and I have:

Vacation home / hotel / car rentals- booked
Photographer- booked and reconfirmed
Makeup/hair artist- booked and reconfirmed
Reception- booked and reconfirmed
Florist- awaiting reconfirmation
Rehearsal dinner- waiting for contract in the mail
Cake- practice cake being made soon
Rings- still in their box and I'm dying to open it! ><
Vows- need to discuss this soon
AHR- discussing this with MIL

So far I haven't gotten much done. FI and I are enjoying just being engaged right now.

The only things we still need to do are:

Send out invitations
Book an officiant (although I think we found one today)
Rent a sound system
Figure out DIY flowers
Bridesmaid Dress

And we have 5 months to go. But that's mostly because we've been planning from the East Coast and I've been just booking everything early because we didn't decide on moving back to CA until last month. That's why I think we can tackle the flowers and music ourselves -- we have plenty of time.
