so I really would like to make my own homecoming dress. I have a couple designs in mind, but I don't know what kind of fabric to use. Or how much even. One of my dress designs has a poofy skirt another is long and silkiy-ish. What
do you think the fabrics should be? Also do you think I should just buy one to save cost. Or should I go ALL OUT on this dress. Thanks for Reading XD
