Have you called your Dr and explained what you told us? If so, what did they say?

The first trimester is the hardest one as far as I'm concerned - the waiting, the keeping the news from friends and family...it's the worst!

My doctor usually doesn't schedule appointments for earlier than 8 weeks because with the technology she has in her office there's not much they can see of the baby before then.  However since you did have a miscarriage recently it's possible your doctor may let you come in earlier - I think it's worth a call to check.  At the absolute worst, it's only 2 weeks away.  I know it will feel like forever - I was going crazy those first few weeks and it must be even harder for you now.  But hang in there girl - we're here for you in the meantime!

I had not explained anything other than the miscarriage when I schedule my May 31st appt.  I did go ahead and call today and they stated everything that has been stated on the thread and told me it was up to me if I wanted to come earlier but did not feel I needed to. So I am going to torture myself and wait the two weeks!
