Our wedding yesterday went beautifully! The weather was perfect and it was simply a lovely day! Despite some stress trying to apply my false lashes in a time crunch (those things are hard to apply!!) and the callas we ordered being a little
weird, everything was great! We had some very touching toasts and my little sister (she's almost 2) who is normally really shy stole the show! We also had Leon's brother film the wedding and I didn't realize what a pro he is, I sneaked a peek last night
and it looks really great...
I'll post some photos as soon as we get a sneak peak from our photographer in about 2 weeks... Everything came together so beautifully and I am sooooo happy to be married! After our afternoon garden wedding ended at about 5 Leon and I had such a
nice evening together! We opened presents, went out for dinner and sat on the balcony of our hotel just being together, it was perfect!
Those of you with upcoming weddings make sure to chill out... After all my worrying about the vases, the hideous red chairs and the arrangments I really didn't notice any of it! All that is really important is that you exchange rings and sign
the license, everything else is just details...
Well, I'm sitting here at the airport while Leon picks up some canvases from a local art store... We're heading off to Georgian Bay, Ontario for 2 weeks.. When we get back I am finishing up some training at my new job in the big city and then
Aug 15 we are moving back to beautiful Victoria BC!
