So just before our wedding ceremony was to start and DH and the GM's were lined up to enter the ceremony area, a bridesmaid told me that DH had a bit of an emotional breakdown...it all hit him all of a sudden and he couldn't hold back the water
works. My mom even had to lend him her handkerchief since he didn't have one of his own. I didn't get to see this show of emotion though, since I was outside the gates of the site with my dad.
Well, I got the raw footage of the wedding from our videographer and was just watching some of the DVD's. The camera is focused on the ceremony area filming guests finding their seats before the ceremony. DH had already been mic'ed
up for the video...his mic was live but I couldn't see him since he was off camera. But I could HEAR him! I hear him say how the wedding decor is "all Michelle's doing" (ahhhhh) and hear him excitedly tell his Best Man under his breath
about the b-pic book gift. Then, all of a sudden, I hear his voice choke up, he starts saying how it's just really overwhelming to have everyone here for us...the coordinator is telling him it's okay and that it happens to everyone. I can
hear him sniffing and trying to hold it all in. I can practically hear his shoulders shaking...his groomsmen saying "it's all good, man". OMG!!!!! I got to hear my husband have his emotional moment just before the ceremony!!!
I feel so lucky to have that on tape! :) Just wanted to share that sweetness!!
