I've done WW  before and if you stick to it, it really works. While I was on it, I found this site that is amazing. http://hungrygirl.com. I LOVE this site and I even signed up for their daily newsletter that provide great alternatives for healthier eating.

hehe jackie. yeah sometimes my fiance cracks and we go for steak. LOL. i'm like "Sure!" he wants to raise our babies vegan (he's sometimes vegan) but im' like, i want that to be a decision they make. i don't want to deprive them of chicken or a burger if they want at a birthday or bbq. know what i mean?

i don't think i could go completely vegan....i love my dairy products...and, as it turns out....animals are needed to make lots of [non-meaty] things yummy!! :)

Jackie- I am doing slimfast shakes. I realized there was no way I could do them for dinner (FI is tall and a guy so can eat whatever the hell he wants) I can't watch him eat.

So...I am doing them for b-fast and lunch at work then I get to eat whatever I want for dinner (within reason). It is working out fine. Saving me money too on food at work :-)

I munch on canned pumkin whenever I am feeling munchy. Only 40 cal per serving and it has lots of vitamins and fiber. Great snack, I eat a couple bites and am full for hours!!!!!!!!!

Yeah it is just wonderful, and inexpensive. Just make sure you drink a cup of water with it and it is just soooo filling! I put stevia and cinnamon in it to make it taste yummy! It is the best way to fill my tummy!

kohler i'm on the same boat with 88 days left.  i've literally have not lost any weight or inches since my engagement until recently during this 'crunch' time.  i'm trying to avoid as much sugar and simple carbs as possible.  i have a new love for tic tacs :)  they are only 2 calories!! i didn't know that!  it curbs my sugar cravings alot..even though i can finish a pack in a day.  also i'm trying to eat only protein for dinner.  so far its working.  for the first time since i got engaged i lost 2 lbs., which isn't alot for most ppl but with my 5 foot frame it makes all the difference.  i just want to feel confident in my dress.  if i end up at the same weight i'm content..at least i tried.
