I REALLY miss living alone.

I definitely don't miss being single..I just miss having my own place with my doggie and kitty.  I've lived with my husband for almost 2 years now, but for some reason it's just really hitting me hard how much I miss my independence.  It's nothing serious--like I don't want a divorce or anything lol.  (I love my husband so much)  I just also really loved living in my own place.

Does ANYONE else feel that way?

My independent stage was short lived. I'm a bad girl and have lived with two other boyfriends before DH and I moved in together... one for 4 years and the other for about 6 months before I decided he was nuts.

I miss having my own space and my stuff being clean and not moved around or messed up! We've also had roommates while we lived together. They guys always make a mess of the kitchen, put their feet on my coffee table, spilled paint remover on my coffee table, and so on and on... and DH and I have opposite schedules so he keeps me up at night and gets to sleep much longer than I do... resentful me!

I would like some peace and quiet and a clean house! I miss living with only DH. Someday soon we will be back to that and it'll be better.

I like having him there at bedtime, but I don't like his STUFF being everywhere.  :)  But I do enjoy my time alone when he isn't at home!!

a small part of me regrets that i never actually had my own place all to myself. before living with DH, i always had roommates. but it's only a very small regret. the longest i ever lived by myself was for about a month while my roommate traveled overseas, and (even with two cats) i got lonely really quickly!

but that's not to say that i don't enjoy my alone time. DH works nights 5 days out of the week, and altho i do miss having him here, i actually enjoy having the bed all to myself when i'm sleeping!

It's nice having the place to myself sometimes!  I miss decorating my rooms as girly as I want : )

i moved out when i was like 19 or so; and i know when he moves in with me (in about 8 weeks or so) i'm going to go through a "stage"

i moved in with my pops after my mom died to take care of him, but i think living with a spouse is def different from living with parents, no?

nolan is messy -- he "forgets" what a hamper is for!  LOL!! so i know we are going to have some small battles - but i'm also looking forward to finally living with my hubby!

I have to say .... even though it sucks sometimes that DH works the midnight shift ,  I rather enjoy the time I get all to myself after the kids go to bed and he goes to work ....  :/  .... Im hugely independant .....Im one of those women that can live alone and never feel lonely ... and to be honest sharing a bed isn't all that great after the cuddling is done and you just want to go to sleep , and stretch out across the whole bed :)

Ditto Niecy about the bed thing!!!  The cuddling is great but I LOVE when my husband gets out of bed in the morning and I can stretch out and take it over for another hour or so.  :)

I just had to think long and hard about this one... I have to say that I don't miss it a bit.  I can't imagine sleeping w/no my hubby next to me.  :-)  Then again, maybe it just hasn't hit me yet! lol
