I love bargains!

So I was reading the classifieds earlier this week and was taken by this candle screen listed by a PWer in San Francisco:

As luck would have it, I found a similiar screen on Craigslist for $30 here in Seattle.  I went today to pick it up, but instead of having two ten dollar bills and a twenty, I accidentally brought three twenties. 

The seller didn't have change, but upon hearing I was using the candle screen for my wedding she dug up a HUGE case of  long burning sparklers left over from her wedding and offered them to me for ten dollars so I wouldn't have to leave to get exact change. 

I haven't counted them yet, but am estimating there are over 400 sparklers in the box!  YAY!

OMG! I paid over $100 for 150. You're so lucky!

I know! Apparently, she'd been wanting to get rid of them, but was under the impression they were "explosives" and couldn't be advertised for sale on Craigslist.

My gain! : )

I love bargains too and the best is no one at the wedding knows it was a bargain!!!!
