Wow sorry to hear about that. I would suggest you many things and believe me it is not easy. But I managed to lose 20 pounds since working out after X-mas and I am happy with the results.
EXERCISE:
I did a mixture exercising which consisted of biking, P90X tapes, Jillian Michaels, workouts at the gym doing cardio, weights and spinning class. My workouts range from 1 hour to 3 hours depending on the day, time and activity, you have to
mix it up based on your schedule and I would workout btw 4 to 6 days per week.
FOOD:
I think this is tougher than the exercise, I basically cut out a lot of sugary drinks and sweets, bread, rice, pasta etc. I'm not saying that I stopped eating them completely but I changed how my eating habit. I started shopping every 3 to 4
days to make sure I have the right foods and to restock, I ate oatmeal, cereal, salads, veggies, fruits, cottage cheese, boiled eggs, almonds, cashews, smoothies, meat, fish, chicken, yogurt and would work out in the mornings, after the morning
workout which was intense, I would eat my dinner or a heavy meal in the morning. For dinner I cut out heavy meals and stopped eating after 6pm and if I had to have something it would be a fruit or yogurt. I had someone tell me to stop eating carbs and
sweets after 6pm but not easy to do since I would have a yogurt, jello or something. It's not easy but if you can workout a meal plan for yourself and avoid snacking on the wrong things you will see results. I haven't worked out in over 3 weeks and
I have actually lost weight because I am eating differently. And also start taking a good multi vitamin, trust me you need it.
Try incorporating a few of these and see how it helps for you.
Good luck and I hope your successful with this.
