i need a good over the counter teeth whitner

any recs?

I've been using the Listerine rinse - comes in a white bottle.  You're supposed to do it twice a day....I do it once and I've definitely seen an improvement. 

To be honest, a lot of teeth whiteners are made of hydrogen peroxide.  If you rinse with hydrogen peroxide twice a day, you're teeth will whiten, and it'll cost you close to nothing.  I just like Listerine cause the taste is better!   

I think the crest strips work really well, you just have to stick to it.

Crest White Strips worked well for me.I noticed a difference within a few days. It says there are full results in 2 weeks. I never made it that long.

I heard that Crest White Strips work, but its recommended that you just use them 2 weeks before your wedding, b/c its not something you should use on a regular basis.

ive used the crest strips before, and i really liked them.   i also tried the ones that are in the little trays, but they were really small (or my mouth is really big, probably the case haha) and didnt fit well.

I like the trays - they worked really well for me...

Listerine Dissolving white strips. They are great! No mess, tastes sort of minty and work really well. On my last dentist visit, my dental hygeist commented that my teeth were really white.

ooooo!  i've been wanting to try those...do they really dissolve well?

My dad is a dentist and he recommends anything that says ADA approved because those ones were tested and they won't harm your teeth.
