I saw a photo album like that at Joann's.  Maybe they have the guest book too.

It doesn't have to be specifically this one, I just like the look of it with the ribbon and all...

We have a Joann's where I live, but it's kinda crappy - I hardly ever can find anything there (I think it is an older store and is a bit mismanaged...)
