I'm really excited by this, and I did it on my own sort of speak. Although I knew I would want to lose some weight this is what started it. In November, I went on my first dress search (as of today still no dress :-( but looking still) and
during my search I noticed a few problem areas I wanted to work on and mentioned I would have to start working out and toning up, well the bridal consultant said most brides say that but they don't lose the weight so be careful about buying anything
smaller, you'll regret it, we can make the dress smaller not bigger. My take away, she doesn't know me that well, when I get focused, I get focused, I'm an accountant w/attention to detail. So after X-mas until now I started doing and mixing up exercise
tapes (P90X, Jillian Michael, Brazilian Butt and Taebo) and of course I eliminated a lot of junk, I still eat 3 times a day, but I eat my heavy meal for lunch and something light for dinner and lots of water and fruit. I'm just now hitting the gym
and have rode my bike a few times but that's it. Believe me this hasn't been easy but right now I'm happy w/the results. That bridal consultant underestimated a women planning for Wedding day! Sorry so long but you get my point. I have til July to
find a dress, body ready but no dress, now this is stress.
