I am going to buy business card papers.  Each one will be printed with their name and the table number.  I will display them outside the entrance of the hall after the reciving line in alphabetical order.  The table nubmers will have picture of FI and I growing up.  On the name card will be a description of what the photo is or means.  The doors to the hall will only open when we arrive and are able to do the receiving line.

You can buy blank ones online and print your own. I cant remember where I got them from before, but I did it. You just have to be Word savvy.

I used a rubber stamp that matched our theme and stamped the cards prior to printing the names on them. They turned out GREAT!
