So this morning I was listening to Dr. Oz who was on a local radio station....he said that non-fat or skim milk is actually worse than whole milk. You're more likely to GAIN weight drinking skim milk than whole milk. This was a
shocker to me as I eat a bowl of cereal at my desk almost every day at work with non-fat milk....and have been trying to lose about 8 pounds but haven't been able to lose ONE even with a lot of exercise. This prompted me to do a little
bit more research on this milk issue and I came across this article...and just about died.

Sometimes I just want to throw my hands up in the air and give up. There is just so much contradiction out there about what's good and what's bad for you that I just get so frustrated! Here I am thinking I'm doing something
healthy by eating skim milk and low-fat yogurt, and instead I'm probably decreasing my chances for conceiving! ugh!
