Is anyone else doing Insanity?  I've just finished week one and it's BARELY getting easier.  I still have to pause a lot to catch my breath.  I feel like there is absolutely no way to continuously do the workout!!  Anyone else doing this and feel the same way?

I did 4 days of it two weeks ago.  I would love to pick it back up and keep track with some buddies!  My cousin is a body builder and has been training me on weekends so I was kind of prepared for a lot of the exercises but not to this level!

I am desperately needing to stick to it and my diet, it's so hard!

Tell me more about this?! Is it cardio or weights?

I LOVE INSANITY! Omg, if you do it correctly and follow the food plan, you will watch fat MELT off your body. No kidding..

ILoveMyDog - I think it might be impossible to make it through an entire workout continuously lol. I def cannot. And, if you watch the people in the videos, they don't either!

Kelly - it's ALLLL cardio. Extremely intense cardio. Combined with a lot of plyometrics. Saying it's insane is probably being pretty nice about it haha. But it's so fun and, like I said before, it's amazing! It's most def not easy, so if you're not willing to work hard, then don't bother with it. But seriously, it's awesome lol.

It sounds like exactly what I need. I get bored with other videos because they are too easy. Where do you buy this? Off to google...

I love it!!!! I'm on my last week. I love the fact that not even the people on the video can finish the workout without stopping.  Stick with it!!!! This is a dvd that I will do again and again and again!

DIG DEEPER!!!! Keep us posted with your progress.

Nope I am still doing my Turbo Fire routine and loving it. My clothes are fitting loser and I have lost several more pounds. I will be soon approaching my 40lb weight goal!!! I have done P90X and was not a fan of it. I like high twich, high impact aerobic workouts so I have been contemplating getting it. Since you are having so much fun I may make that my next routine; however, I don't need to lose any more weight past my goal so maybe I shouldn't? I am just so indecisive LOL! Anywho, keep up the good work.

congrats nubianqueen! 40lbs! that's great! i actually am not a fan of p90x either.  to me it's really boring and tony annoys me haha.  but i really like insanity and sean.  it's really fast pased and i never get bored, and i feel like sean is a better motivator than tony.

from what i've been reading, insanity isn't a weight loss program.  sure you can lose weight, but it's mainly a tool to get you into really good shape.  i've been doing it for 2 weeks now and actually have only lost 1 lb, but i've been losing inches.  hope this helps you decide!
