Kelly - it's ALLLL cardio. Extremely intense cardio. Combined with a lot of plyometrics. Saying it's insane is probably being pretty nice about it haha. But it's so fun and, like I said before, it's amazing! It's most def not easy, so if
you're not willing to work hard, then don't bother with it. But seriously, it's awesome lol.
