everyone has great suggestions! pool exercises are definitely easier on the joints so would be great if you could get to the pool! the wii fit i heard is fun and a great workout too!
other things to try: maybe cardio kickboxing MINUS the kicking part of course. i find that when i get out of breath even just with punching and you get a good upper body work out. there's also this new thing call "cranking" - which is just like
spinning but with your arms...i think yoga is a good workout to with modifications you can for your legs. and strengthening/toning even your lower body may help with your leg.
definitely try a few things and see what works best for you! and changing your diet will for sure help as well! journals are great! stay motivated!
