Is something wrong? Or am I paranoid : /

Ok so I found out that I was pregnant at 4 weeks and d days. Now the only reason I even figured I was pregnant was because my period was late. I also had a positive blood test done at work. I work closely with Planned Parenthood so I have connections lol...

I have not been to the Dr. yet (trying to figure some things with my insurance) so you girls are my only consultants :)

I am just a bit worried about the complete lack of symptoms. I mean I am over 6 weeks and NOTHING at all.

My energy level is the same, no nausea, no cravings, no bloating or cramping, no mood swings, I lost 7 pound without dieting, no sore boobs. I mean if I did not know, I would not believe it. Should I be worried or does this mean I will have a farely easy pregnancy?

I am worried because the nurses at Planned Parenthood told me that sometimes women who come for the abortion procedures, actually come for the cleaning :( Apparently it happens often that the fetus stops growing and the woman has no idea until several weeks later at the ultrasound.

I mean I am not a nurse so I have no idea how this works. I figured that miscarriages usually hurt, but I guess not always :(  This idea and lack of symptoms freaks me the hell out.

Any you girls have had this lack of symptoms? Am I just paranoid?

I wouldn't worry at all, many many women have no symptoms until later in their pregnancy. The only 'symptom' i got by 6 weeks was that my skin was very sensitive- and if I didn't already know I was pregnant, I wouldn't have assumed that was a 'symptom,' kwim?

Ditto - my symptoms started around 8 - 9 weeks, I actually was praying for morning sickness and boy did I get it!!! Some girls never have any! Try not to stress and just relax.

it is kind of scary! I had few pregnancy symptoms my entire pregnancy and none early on. Absolutely nothing. If I hadn't taken 7 pregnancy tests, I would have never known.

I wouldn't worry.  The only symptom I had first trimester was bigger boobs... I didn't get sick or anything else.

I didn't have any symptoms when I was pregnant with my twins, and I'd always heard that symptoms were worse with multiples.
I had 2 days right at the start where I was terribly sick, but I think that was a bug rather than symptoms - once I got to about 14/15 weeks the little munchkins sucked the life out of me and I was exhausted and hungry all the time!

If I were you, I'd get an at home test just to double check, but I don't think you need to worry

Ohh yeah I took 4 at home tests before I got my blood tested. All the tests were positive.
I guess I should also mention that my periods were also very easy all my life. I don't even know what period cramps feel like because I never got them. I know I am lucky in that sense.
I just hope that my body is just taking it easy haha :)

Thank you girls so much. All your responses really calmed me down.

don't stress (easier said than done, I know) - I kept waiting for the typical symptoms and they never came! Sometimes the only reminder I have is my enormous belly!   From what I hear, we should just consider ourselves lucky...hope you continue on your lucky streak!

CONGRATS!
