I am taking the plunge in the next couple weeks to a month and starting the isogenics cleanse program.  I am just waiting on some contact information from a friend.

I've heard nothing but good things from people that have followed the plan.

I'm nervous and excited, a bit apprehensive.  Have any of you tried it, and if you have, could you please share your experiences with me?

TIA

I did the 30 day Isogenix cleanse back in February and unfortunately my experience was not positive.  I had to stop at day 22, the cleanse unfortunately wasn't providing my body enough nutrients....I didn't have a bowel movement for a 13 day period and also completely skipped my menstrual cycle on it. in total I lost 6 lbs in 22 days, not so great IMO.

The month after I went off Isagenix I started going to the gym 5 days a week and really changed up my diet- I eat only chicken, fish and turkey and eat very little refined foods...I've lost 36lbs in 5 months.  In my personal opinion there is no real secret to weight loss, Isagenix may work but the loss is typically temporary if you haven't instilled proper eating and exercise habbits.

I really hope your experience is different than mine and wish you nothing but good luck

I'm really hoping I don't have a negative experience.

I've lost weight in the past doing it how you've done it - the healthy proper way, but I'm really struggling this time around, so I was looking for a quick start.  I know it's not something I will be able to do for a long period of time.

Thanks for sharing your experience and the good luck. I think I'm going to need the good luck part!

Honestly, I think that Isagenix is definitely one of the safer ways to kick start your new lifestyle if you need a little boost.  My best friend who is a nutritionist recommended Isagenix to me, so it has to be relatively safe.  Just remember they have a 60 day money back guarantee if you aren't satisfied with it....take advantage of that if you have to since they did honor that guarantee and gave me a 100% refund even with the 22 days of products consumed.

Let us know how is goes
