Alright ladies, we always say--I'll start next week...well this is it...I logged 12 miles on the Dailymile.com Project wedding challenge....This week I hope to achieve that or more :)

What's your goal this week?

Goals are to drink at least 4 bottles of water per day...

Mon/Wed/Fri: 30 min cardio

Tues/Thurs: 45 min cardio, plus 30-day-shred workout

Lose 2 pounds

Stay under 1400 calories per day :)

Goal is to get back on track and break my plateau with a loss a week from today!

-workout 5x this week:  3 classes, 2 weight/cardio sessions

-drink a TON of water this week - I've been slacking on it

-NO CARBS AFTER LUNCH all week....this one's rough but I gotta do it, I defintely lost consistently when I was sticking to that rule. 

 

Great thread!  Let's get it done this week, ladies!!!!

My goals:

1. 1200-1400 calories/day

2. Drink lots of water

3. No eating while at work other than on break (this is my major issue. the candy bowl beckons me and I like to mindlessly snack while I work. I'm taking the suggestion from someone else to mindlessly drink crystal light instead. Kills two birds with one stone!)

4. Eat more veggies and fruits and less carbs.

5. Workout at least 3 times this week.

here are my goals for the week!

  • complete the week 4 Couch to 5k session at least 2 more times
  • make it to the gym monday (done!), tuesday, thursday, friday and saturday
  • add JM's 30 day shred on monday (done!), wednesday, saturday and sunday
  • keep my calorie intake between 1200 and 1300
  • drink more water
  • get a good night's rest every night

My Goals

  • Stay between 1300 and 1500 calories per day
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day
  • 30 day shred at least 4 times a week
  • Jog with dogs 2 times week
  • Go to the Rec Center and swim 1 time this week
  • Hopefully lose 2 or more pounds!

I drank 64+ oz of water yesterday!  I ate 1550 calories, but burned off about 250 or so, so that's still under 1400 :)  I did a medium hard workout (45 mins) and felt great.  I'm super bloated b/c of aunt flo... and feeling really "fat" :( 

Today is my HARD workout (45 mins cardio, plus jillian michaels)

~work out 4 days this week ( i did not go yesterday b/c my gym is always ridiculously crowded on mondays!)

~eat more fruits and veggies this week drink more water

~start doing jillian's 30 day shred on mondays since i don't go to the gym on that day!

~go to bed earlier!!

i always forget to drink enough water!!

getting enough sleep is key, i definitely haven't been doing that. 

just got back from a 20km bike ride outside and have volleyball tonight for two hours. 

any suggestions for at home exercises?  I've been doing lots of ab exercises and jumping jacks and some light yoga. 

gym memberships in the netherlands are so expensive and i can't justify the cost while i am still looking for a job.
