One of my side stones is loose in my setting and I think I need to get the prongs tightened. I really want to wear my ring but i'm paranoid that the stone will fallout so I need to get it fixed pronto. However, i'm really nervous
about doing this at a random jeweler since I don't know of any in the Chicago area. I've heard horror stories of some jewelers switching out the stones to fakes or less valuable ones. Does anyone know of a reliable place where I can get this
done? Preferably a place that will do the service right in front of me? I don't want to have the ring out of my sight. Thanks!
