I am receiving my Jillian Michaels DVDs tomorrow and I will be starting the ripped in 30 and 6 wee 6 pack tomorrow night.
I currently go to the gym 4 days a week in the morning and get in 30-45 mins.
Also I pretty much eat whatever I want- I don't mean junk food I just don't count calories or overeat. If I want a hot dog I'll buy the light hot dogs, grill them, place them in a wheat bun and load grilled veggies on it. If I eat chicken and
rice, it's grilled chicken and brown rice. I splurge on Sundays- I'm Italian so Pasta Sundays is a MUST and that is the only time I have really bad carbs and I don't even think of eating healthy or light. But again when I'm full- I'm full I don't
force all the goodness inside me.
I've been doing this for a few weeks now- haven't changed weight but the inches are noticeable. I am hoping that working out twice a day, morning cardio and later on at night is focused more on strength training that my body will change
drastically.
Also with Jillian DVD's you are suppose to get a meal plan which I would like to try out- I hate eating the same things all the time.
Hopefully I'll have good news to report on in a few weeks.
