Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, Ripped in 30, 6 Week 6 Pack

I am receiving my Jillian Michaels DVDs tomorrow and I will be starting the ripped in 30 and 6 wee 6 pack tomorrow night.

 

I currently go to the gym 4 days a week in the morning and get in 30-45 mins.

Also I pretty much eat whatever I want- I don't mean junk food I just don't count calories or overeat. If I want a hot dog I'll buy the light hot dogs, grill them, place them in a wheat bun and load grilled veggies on it. If I eat chicken and rice, it's grilled chicken and brown rice. I splurge on Sundays- I'm Italian so Pasta Sundays is a MUST and that is the only time I have really bad carbs and I don't even think of eating healthy or light. But again when I'm full- I'm full I don't force all the goodness inside me.

I've been doing this for a few weeks now- haven't changed weight but the inches are noticeable. I am hoping that working out twice a day, morning cardio and later on at night is focused more on strength training that my body will change drastically.

 

Also with Jillian DVD's you are suppose to get a meal plan which I would like to try out- I hate eating the same things all the time.

Hopefully I'll have good news to report on in a few weeks.

Jillian Michaels is tough, honestly her workouts alone make me not even need to go to the gym and I feel like I am actually working out the efficient way when I do one of her videos. At the gym I just sweat, with these videos I sweat but I feel muscles working.

 

After two weeks I feel really good and I want to continue to do her videos, it's not boring.

i love jillian micheals i do her workouts on demand in fitness section its been great! I lost 23 pounds in 2 months and i cut down my intake on food good luck!!!

You are doing exactly what I am doing!!! :) Great minds think alike :) I am also doing Zumba on the Wii. So agree with you! I see results, feel muscle, and tone! She is just the best isn't she?! :)

I'm giving this program a try!  I'll probably start tomorrow since I want to try to diet at the same time and still need to go grocery shopping. 

How long are the workouts?  Did you all make it to 30 days?  How many days per week are you doing it?  What kind of results did you have (lbs and/or inches)?

OMG the 30-day shred is amazing!! It is literally a perfect workout.. you might not sweat a ton, but your body changes and you notice muscles working better.  People need to realize you dont' need to go to the gym for hours--this is a lifesaver DVD! :)

Jillian Michaels' workouts are amazing! I lost about 10 lbs doing the Ripped in 30 workouts earlier this year. I'm planning on getting back into that once I have a bit more time. I don't need to lose a lot of weight (maybe 5lbs), but I'd like to get all toned up again before the wedding.

Where did you purchase the Julian Michaels DVD from I want to start?

Also, the ZUMBA video for the wii can I purchase this same thing for a regular dvd? If, so whats the name of the dvd.

I need to start I have 20 pound to lose and I have to get committed for this year.

I actually just had FI order the Jillian Michaels DVDs on Netflix! So you can do that :) Target also has them, I think they're about $10. The zumba game is just that...a game. You can find it in the electronics section at your local Walmart, Target, etc.
