Can you please help me find juice / lemonade jars like the one below or similar?

Are you having a caterer? If so, you should ask them about the jars, that's where Im getting mine. Maybe if anything they can refer you to somewhere to rent them?

The options from Dillards.com range from 29.99-39.99 and holds 3 gallons.  Not sure how much renting them would be, but might be worth buying them and having them to keep or sell after.

Pottery Barn has these jars. In fact I think it migh be the exact same one as the picture you posted. Not sure the cost is better than the other suggestions though.

I love these jars. I had one after my last baby and kept it filled with Nettle and Raspberry tea for the first few weeks... They are amazing and beautiful. Worth the  purchase and totally resellable. There is a site called recycle my wedding where you can post your wedding items for sale...
