What's left to do on your to-do list?

What are you most (and least) excited about, planning-wise?  :)

I can't believe that there is such little time left!  It hit me yesterday when I finalized my appointments for hair and makeup trials & was researching venues for our rehersal dinner.  Time is just flying by!

I am so excited about starting my DIY "PAPER" projects.  My paper and pocketfolds are scheduled to arrive this weekend and then it's off to work!

hi gals!!

we are at t-minus 120 days now : ) woohoo!

the big ticket items still remaining are:
rings
tuxes
limo
(and this one's really bad) -- FI never insured my ring EEK! so we need to do that like 8 months ago lol

my calligrapher received the envelopes & is working on them now (yay!). we stamped all the response envelopes, and i'm going to number the back of the cards tonight.

i'm calling the church next thurs to set up time to talk with our priest re: ceremony selections & rehearsal date, and the music director re: music for the ceremony

Umm, feels like everything is left. I have my church & reception booked, ordered my cake yesterday, got my dress & shoes, ordered tuxes and custom ties (GM gifts) & BMs have their dresses, invites are being shipped to me and I am in the middle of sending out STDs, have a photog on hold b/c she hasn't done a wedding yet and I want to see her wedding work (she has one in Sept) before I book her, I have all my DIY centerpiece stuff, I found out how to make origami peacocks the other day so I may make escort cards out of them, booked RD restaurant, booked DJ, & booked HM.

Things left:

  1. Talk to florist about buying bouquets vs. DIYing them from a wholesaler
  2. Mail out Invitations
  3. Register for gifts
  4. Choose Ceremony & Reception music
  5. Get dress fitted/buy veil & jewelry (I think I may borrow from bagborroworsteal.com)
  6. Pick-out FG dress
  7. Make ceremony programs
  8. Buying the rings - oh boy, almost forgot that one
  9. Book hair & make-up
  10. Take E-pics and Bridal shoot

I'm sure I will think of a hundred more things later. Too much, just gotta remember to have fun!

well...it's going. the "big stuff" is taken care of (dress, church, reception venue, caterer, photographer) we just ordered our invited the other day and waiting for the proffs to come in. we FINALLY finished our pre-marraige classes (the ones deemed necessary by the Catholic church). found a honeymoon destination. just have to tell dear old FFIL and he'll book it (yeah!) what else?

-bands, the BM and GM (and groom!) 's Barong's

-quotes for flowers to DIY

- seating chart, stuf to DIY favors and other "paper projects"

ugh, other little thigns i can't think of. but so far on the stress scale (10 being highest) it's a 5. my still-having-fun-planning-level is a 8---- pretty good, I think.

I have so much stuff left to do. I handled the big things months ago like dress, venue for wedding/reception, caterer,  I actually just had this conversation with my FI yesterday. I'm having a hard time delegating tasks just because when I initially asked for help, I was told about all the things I should be changing. This makes me wonder can I trust people to do what I ask to do. Ok, that's just a side vent. Here is my To-Do List:

DIY List

Invitations, Pomanders, Cake stand, programs, centerpieces, bouts, bouquets, personalized aisle runner(not sure if I'm tackling this or not),  Flower girl basket

To Purchase

Bride and Bridesmaids' jewelry, Bride's shoes, veil, Hairpiece, Grooms ring and gift (still don't know what to get him), Flower girl dress,

To Do:

Hair Trial (Not really to concerned about this one. I go to the salon bi-weekly), Schedule Makeup trial (Talking to my stylist about this tomorrow), Schedule a Cake tasting, Take E-pics, Take B-pics, Mail Save the Dates, Mail Invitations, Dress fitting

I just realized just how much is undone. I won't panic!!!

I'm just going to leap into action. This weekend is DIY wedding weekend!
