all because of my honest mistake our apartment complex wants to penalize us

so we have two bounced checks according to them

first time was because i paid with new checks an the bank messed up an had the wrong number

an this time because when i online paid i failed to realize they had two accounts an i choose the old closed one

so now they want to penalize us an make us pay with money order for 6mths i mean i guess im lucky its not forever

however i find the 6mth thing rather stupid i mean what is paying with money orders for 6mths to go back to checks gonna really do huh

just stupid all because i made a honest mistake

so i asked her to ask her boss to wave this here is hoping

so freaking mad

probably is not you, probably you are not the only person/couple that has done the same mistake, and those mistakes believe me cost them money.

Can you go back again online and try with the new bank account to see what happens.

oh no they wont let me pay by check for 6mths ,i have to get money orders, even though i pleded with them telling them what happen they dont care im all for paying a bounce check fee thats fine but not being able to pay with check for 6mths is stupid

Get the bank to write you a letter. They can't call to check who wrote the letter anyway, but let them know you would like it in your files. Because if and when you do move and you go to a new apartment they can give you a bad reference.
