In our bradley class the first week they recommend 50x day...2nd week is 100xday. Its not hard so far! lol. It is hard to remember but its so simple and helpful for birth and after...

Okay, I don't have the bellybutton feeling, but it does "tickle" when I do this, ahah! Not really fun either. I'm doing 10 and then I'm sick of it....

NOOO!! Don't be scared dorkmeetsnerd!! I'm sure there are millions of women that never do any excercises and are absolutely fine, I just feel so sorry for my friend (she also went from water breaking to baby arriving in 2 hours so that may have contributed to it?? Maybe??)
I was never told how many to do every day, just to make sure I did some so sometimes it was 10, sometimes it's 100's (it all depends how many times I boil the kettle!! Lol)
