Know a good Northern FL DOC?

We will be getting married in northern Fl (St George Island in particular) so I was wondering if anyone has found/used a good DOC? I've got a couple of people in mind that  I've e-mail and they seem pretty good so far, but I would appreciate your opinion. Thanks ladies :)

ooh. Ready: I've heard awesome things about St. G. I. I have a friend who's from Wakulla and he's getting married too. I'll ask if his Fi know of anyone :) I'm in Tally.
