I'm a ball of emotions..especially after the unexpected early wedding gift ;)   I can't believe our turn is near??  We're slowing paying vendors off, receiving more rsvps in the mail, starting and finishing projects...

I am feeling so outrageously overwhelmed!!  I have a shower/Bparty next weekend, I'm moving the weekend after that, and then I have finals.  I think it will all be ok after that, and I have 3 weeks until the wedding.  But right now, OVERWHELMED!!

I am packing all week, and taking a break from the wedding until we're at least moved.

Aaaand we're just watching our bank acct go down as final payments are due :)  Gotta love it!

I'm feeling okay as of right now. I was panicing last few weeks.

i'm on may 1st and it is sure coming up fast! i'm feeling pretty good about the wedding but totally got the flu Friday and have been in bed 3 days straight. i had already lost more weight than I needed to for my dress before getting sick so I am a little nervous that it will need to be taken in when i go for my fitting on wednesday.

i'm finalizing all the paper elements - programs, reserved ceremony seating, rehearsal menus, rehearsal seating cards, reception escort cards, reception seating cards, signature drink signs, table numbers, and thank you cards.

next weekend I have a 12K race and FH's birthday party on Saturday and then my shower on Sunday. I'm so excited.

we've done final vendor appointments with our venue and decor team and our officiant. just need to do the handoff with our DOC, DJ, and photographer. everything else seems to be running smoothly. my OOT family starts arriving on 04-23 - can't wait!

I have so much left to do! I finally got our invites out last weekend. Now I have to:

Order my custom jewelry via etsy

Meet with my florist
Get final alterations done to my dress
Get final alterations done to FI's suit
Pick up final items for programs
Make a birdcage "cards" sign, and guesbook sign
Buy a small frame for guestbook sign
Drop of payment, ribbon and cake topper for bakery
Engrave rings
Engrave toasting flutes
Set hair appointment
Pick up makeup from Merle norman
Meet w/ officiant to go over the ceremony
Get Usher fitted for his tux
Buy some different wedding shoes
Create timeline for bridal party
Finish DIY Aisle runner
Finish Programs

OMIGOD what don't we have to do???  That would be a shorter list I think :)           Here goes:

-Select/finalize menu for rehearsal dinner

-Design and send rehearsal dinner invites

Meet with DJ to finalize music

-Meet/speak with florist to finalize flower and centerpieces numbers

-Meet with priest to discuss ceremony order and music

-Select readers and readings for ceremony

 -Seating chart (need responses back - we've gotten several)

-Order placecards for reception

-Design and order programs for ceremony

-Get marriage license

-Pick up wedding bands (5/1)

-Groom needs to order his tux and get groomsman to as well***

***Have been telling him this for 1.5mos now****

The list actually doesn't look TOO bad, but every weekend is pretty much full and me and FI work 50-55hrs/week...so there's not much time other than the weekends.  I'm feeling very overwhelmed and like things aren't getting done...I'm just very, very worried we're going to forget to do something!  Not to mention I still don't "look" the way I want to.  UHHHH!

I'm so excited and ready to be married!!! Loooots left to do but trying to take it one day at a time.

• figure out how to stream the wedding live to our family worldwide
• seating chart (waiting for all rspvs)
• find groom's gift (we agreed not to but i want to surprise him) <= just did :)

I still feeling ok..not nervous, not butterflies...nothing.

About the things that still need to be done are

• The instructions for the guests
• first dance practice
• pay vendors (phot and chef)
• buy the alcohol
• that's about it.....I am set and ready to roll...
