I had my annual today, and this time decided to use a midwife. She told me that my uterus was quite large? Said it could be that my uterus gets large right before my period or that I am pregnant. 

Never heard of this in either circumstance. Anybody have any insight? Seriously do not want to get my hopes up!

Hmm...I think it does get bigger when you are pregnant. Have you tested recently?

I had large uterus pre-pregnancy because I had large fibroids.  If you're not pregnant, maybe do an ultrasound to see if you have fibroid(s)?
