I'm on CD21 and was told I should O between 5 and 10 days after my last pill (took them from day 5-9)... still nothing!  Is it possible for it to happen later?  Well, I know anything is possible.  But how late did it happen for you?

It is possible, but if you O later than CD 20 you are not responding correctly to the medication.  I did not O on my two doses of Clomid....

I should note that this is what my doctor told me.  Did you doctor do a CD 12 ultrasound?

Nope, no ultrasound this time.  He mentioned doing it next month if we do another round.  I'm now on CD22, both temps and OPK indicate I haven't O-ed yet.  I just called the office and chatted with the nurse to see if that is normal or if I'm responding correctly.  My Dr. is out today, but she is going to ask the other OB in the office and see what they think.  My Dr. also mentioned instead of temping he could do a blood draw to test some level around this time, so I asked about that.  I did miss a few days with OPK and I struggle with serious insomnia issues, so I know that can affect my temps adversely!

Side note: the last few days I have had this feeling of "pressure" in my lower abdomen, pelivis and ovaries, is that cause for any concern?  It's uncomforable and feels a little strange, but it's not super painful or anything.

Yeah I had the blood drawn test too - I *think* they do it around CD 14 or something like that - I forget.  It will show if you ovulated or not. 

I don't know about the pressure thing you are feeling, sorry I am no help there :/

The nurse called back and the other Dr. ordered a blood test... so I'm going over to the lab now to take it! :)

Awesome - That will definately tell you if you O'd or not!!!!  Either way, I hope you get some answers.  I know just how difficult not O'ing can be
