What are your latest work vents?

These tend to be really funny on paper (like, Jim keeps taking your tuna salad. . .I mean, come on. . .annoying, but kinda entertaining!)

Like, 'Bosso McHypocrite' is trying to make us all stay late but goes home early himself everyday to play golf. . .'

Dude I can go on and on forever... but my biggest pet peave here at work is being discriminated against... IT SUCKS!!! You're screwed if you say something and you're screwed if you don't!  If you say something you get blackballed and if you stay quiet you know it will happen over and over again (as it has)... especially if we're talking about the Associate Director (she's a downright bitch that apparently hates me)...

To make matters worse, her boss (and the whole departmental boss), the Director is constantly sexually harrassing me.... wait... BLANTANTLY!!! The things he says to me are way out of line and inappropriate...

but end all being this...

I need my job and can't afford to lose it PLUS if I get blackballed it will be hard to find another job on campus and the 10 years I've put in will be for nothing! So I have to eat sh*t and take it... it makes me crazy and in a bad mood :(  BUT.. Im not stupid and have a plethera of solid proof of what is going on saved "just in case" (i.e. the Director texts me on my personal phone... sends me email to my personal email... that's just the a small part of this)...
