Someone in the San Mateo or Hayward areas.  We don't want to spend more than $1000 and we are hopping for somewhere that will allow us to bring in alcohol and somewhere that will include tables and chairs.  Thank you!

Check out the Mason's lodge in San Mateo. I don't know pricing but my gf almost had her reception there.

We're using the Hillsborough Racquet Club.  It rents for about $4000, but they allow you to bring in your own alcohol and includes tables and chairs!  They have been really easy to work with.
