Looking for this dress. Somebody help me please!

We are planning a huge party slash vow renewal for our one year anny. The attire will be all white. I have already fell in love with this dress and want one similar to it. I'm trying to keep the price under $200. I want it to be longer, maybe knee length and it doesn't have to be made exactly like this one but it has to have the lace sleeves. I love them.
