I started to chub up when I was around 4 years old and have fought a mostly losing battle with my weight ever since. While I won't give out specific numbers (yet; I will once I reach my goal) I do have a considerable amount of weight
to lose. At times it is VERY daunting but this time, 2 years away from a milestone birthday and a trip to Italy (a lifelong dream!) dangling like a carrot on a stick before me, I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!
Almost four months ago I joined a gym and almost three months ago I started working with a personal trainer 1x/week. I love it! Since doing so I have lost around 18lbs. and have decreased my body fat percentage by
1.4%. I am almost down 2 sizes so far and am able to wear a pair of jeans that I have not fit into for over 8 years!
I am very pleased with my progress but I still have a LONG way to go. So I am very much looking forward to sharing this journey with all of you -- let's do it!!! :)
