This package begins four weeks prior to your wedding and includes:
Pre-Wedding:
- Unlimited telephone and email correspondence
- Two in person consultations: at the first meeting we will review details and the wedding day timeline, and at the second we will finalize all details
- One walk-through of the reception site
- Creation of a customized wedding day itinerary, to be distributed to the bride, groom, and pertinent vendors
- Review logistics of layout, décor, table details, wedding party, seating chart, etc. and provide feedback
- Review all vendor contracts and provide feedback
- Confirmation of final details with vendors
- Co-coordination of wedding rehearsal with officiant
Wedding Day:
- Complete coordination, supervision, and direction of ceremony and reception
- Oversee set-up of ceremony and reception sites and troubleshoot any problems that arise
- Set-up of all wedding details (i.e., programs, menu cards, guest book, favors)
- Serve as point person for all vendors
- Act as bride's personal assistant/spokesperson throughout the day
- Oversee and manage wedding timeline and schedule of events
- Distribute vendor gratuities as directed
- Collect personal items to be returned to a designated person at the end of the night
- Use of bridal emergency kit
